What to Expect
- Day 1 - Lifestyle Consultant - 8 hrs (8 am to 5 pm, 1 hr lunch)
Learn to effectively communicate the health benefits of fitness, disease prevention, nutrition, behavior modification, and stress management.
Includes written and practical exams. - Day 2 - Fitness Assessment - 8 hrs (8 am to 5 pm, 1 hr lunch)
Learn easily administered field tests for cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and body composition
Includes written and practical exams - Day 3 - Weight Training - 6 hrs (10 am to 5 pm, 1 hr lunch)
Learn basic anatomy and biomechanics and learn how to apply that knowledge to train specific muscle groups.
Learn to maximize results while minimizing injury risk.
Includes written and practical exams.
