National Association for Fitness Certification (NAFC) Personal Trainer Workshop Weekend.

August 27th, 28th, and 29th

Thank you for choosing the NAFC for your education and entry into the fitness industry.  The NAFC has undergone big changes. This past year we have welcomed Leslee Bender, Pilates Coach and Bender Training Method, and have added a new audio/video Pilates certification.

The NAFC has also added Chris Gellert to our association, founder of Pinnacle, an advanced training certification offered in an audio/video format. Our personal training certifications have undergone complete updates with the integration of audio/video modules.

Our upcoming NAFC personal training workshop has been scheduled in Newport Oregon,   a vacation destination on the central Oregon coast. There are a wide range of accommodations at reasonable rates. If you need assistance in making arrangements contact us at the links provided below.

Where: ME Fitness Center
             1111 SW 10th St
             Newport OR 97365

The Personal Training Workshop is weekend intensive.  Learn what you need to know to become a skilled personal trainer.   This workshop will give you the opportunity to practice specific training and communication skills.  Upon passing both the written and practical exams you will receive your personal training certification.

The cost of the workshop is $150.  This does not include the certification materials and testing.
Personal Training Certification materials and tests are $450.   If you are already a certified trainer you may attend the workshop as continuing education.  This workshop can also be taken for continuing (CEC) units.  All tests and practicals will be done at this time, replacing the need for proctors or videos.

Pre-registration is recommended by August 15th 2010 to reserve a space.
